When you contact us
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, an optional company or agency name, and your message. These details are sent to our email inbox so we can respond, discuss your requirements, and keep track of the conversation.
The form does not subscribe you to a mailing list. Please do not include account details, passwords, or confidential client information.
Website delivery and form protection
Cloudflare hosts this website and processes the form submission and email delivery. Our form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated submissions. These services process technical information, such as your IP address and request or browser information, to deliver the website and protect the form.
The form handler does not save your message in a website database. Your inquiry and any replies are held in our email system. Hosting and email services may also keep operational records.
Optional analytics
Analytics are off by default. If you enable them, we load Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the website. Analytics can include pages visited, interactions, browser and device information, and session recordings. Clarity is instructed to mask the inquiry form.
